Birthday Party
Her Majesty’s Theatre Ballarat will come alive for its 150th birthday with a spectacular musical takeover!
This iconic theatre means a lot to the people of Ballarat, so we’re asking the community to help celebrate. Everybody NOW! is bringing together hundreds of local community groups, artists, and musicians to take over the whole building and show that the old girl still knows how to party.
Audiences can expect the unexpected as they explore music, song, and stories woven throughout this beloved Ballarat icon.
From brass bands to punk pop, choirs to classical, the Birthday Party! is a genre-bending, community-led celebration starring 150 local legends.

- Act 1: Enjoy general admission and embark on a musical journey of your choice throughout Her Majesty’s Theatre. Explore and discover at your own pace.
- Act 2: Settle into your assigned seat, for an unforgettable concert-style presentation.
