At Everybody NOW! creative partnerships are at the heart of what we do.
Not only do we devise and present our own artistic work, we also provide strategic expertise, creative direction and producing services to a diversity of partners across the arts, government, health, education, and corporate environments.
Combining decades of experience in cultural leadership, artistic excellence, and robust strategy, we design and deliver tailored programs and large-scale projects that respond to community needs.
Projects that strengthen connection, relevance, and long-term impact for our partners, and bring ambitious artistic ideas to life.
One of our treasured long-term partners is Home of the Arts (HOTA). Since 2022, HOTA has entrusted us to lead the community engagement and production delivery of some of their most exciting and complex participatory projects.

Examples of our partnerships with HOTA include; Cloud Play, a larger-than-life free kinetic sculpture by Poetic Kinetics (USA) made of 10,000 Sky Ribbons with Gold Coasters’ messages of gratitude; and Those Who Rock by JOF O’Farrell, an intergenerational live music project featuring hundreds of Gold Coasters on guitars.
These collaborations have required Everybody NOW! to provide both strategic and creative services, including:
- City-wide engagement strategy design
- Community mobilisation at scale
- Grassroots community engagement and relationship-building
- Facilitation of community workshops
- End-to-end program, production and logistics coordination
- Creative direction, dramaturgy and artist management
- Impact reporting and evaluation
- Large-scale public participation and live event activation
