Roller Coaster at Darwin Festival – Get Involved

Love to roller skate?! Want to be in a show?!

Roller Coaster is heading to Darwin Festival and we are seeking local skaters to help bring this project to life! Fierce, tender and explosive, Roller Coaster is a high-energy, action-packed spectacle featuring local roller-skating legends, and you could be one of them! Come share your big-hearted love of roller skating with the wider community.

This exhilarating participatory production explores the ups and downs of life on wheels through humour, heart and an electrifying original live soundtrack.

We welcome a variety of skating styles and experience levels, such as recreational skaters, park / outdoor skaters, roller dance skaters and derby skaters. Come skate to original live music that has been written with skaters, about skating.

No performance experience required – just enthusiasm to have a go
It’s fun, joyful and free!
